We have deployed a workaround that should resolve the issue for Craft Cloud sites.

Scheduled Commands Issue

Between November 25 and December 1st, some project’s scheduled commands did not execute.
The issue has been resolved, but users might want to check and re-run any scheduled commands that were affected.
